How do I change my delivery/pickup date, time, and location?

You can change your scheduled time on our website by logging in to your account and going to your orders. You can change your scheduled time, date, and location for free any time up to 24 hours in advance.

Do I need to be at my room or apartment for delivery/pickup?

Yes, we expect someone to be present at your room or apartment during the time slot you selected. We will contact you when we are on the way. If you are unable to be at your room or have someone be there for you, please email us at mattsmovingandrentals@gmail.com and we can work out a solution.

Do you offer off-campus delivery/pickup?

We can deliver or pickup from any apartment/house near campus. You do not need to live in university housing to use our services.

Are appliance rentals for the full year, or just one semester?

Prices for appliance rentals are for the full year (both semesters). If you need to rent an appliance for only one semester, please email us at mattsmovingandrentals@gmail.com.
